When you use a quote, contact, or estimate form on this site, we collect the details you enter. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, and message. Some forms also let you tell us whether the work involves an insurance claim or upload photos of the damage.
We use that information to respond to your request, schedule estimates, follow up on projects, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information.
Where form submissions are stored
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms so our team can read and reply to them. Notification emails for new submissions go to our company inboxes.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use the site — which pages are visited, how visitors find us, and whether phone and form calls-to-action are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives usage data on our behalf. You can learn more in Google’s own documentation, and you can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or an extension.
Phone calls from the site
Tapping a phone number on the site places a normal phone call to us. We may record that the call link was clicked (not the call audio) in analytics so we know which pages generate calls.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use form details for unrelated marketing lists. Access is limited to people at Anthony John Construction who need it to respond to you or run the business.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and project records as long as they are useful for the job, warranty follow-up, or legal and insurance requirements, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of business.
