We write estimates carriers can read.
We work carrier and program claims every week — documented scope, measured quantities, and supplements when the first estimate missed something. You get a contractor who speaks the same language as your file.
Got it — thank you.
We will call you shortly. If this is urgent, call (803) 518-9873.
We are the contractor, not your adjuster.
We do not adjust claims or give legal advice. What we do is document damage accurately and write scope that holds up on review.
Most disputed claims are not disputes about coverage. They are disputes about scope — what was actually damaged, how much of it, and what it takes to put it back. That is a documentation problem, and it is solvable.
Our estimating is written in the software and formats carriers use, with quantities that come from field measurements and notes that explain why each item is there. When something was missed on the original estimate, that becomes a supplement with photos, readings and measurements attached — not a phone call arguing about it.
We work directly with carriers and managed-repair programs on water, fire and storm files. You are still the customer and you still make the decisions; we just make sure the file reflects your house.
Where documentation makes the difference.
Field documentation
Photos, moisture readings, equipment logs and measured room dimensions captured as the work happens, because none of it can be recreated after the fact.
Estimate written to standard
Line-item scope in the format and software your carrier expects, with notes explaining each item so a reviewer does not have to guess.
Supplements
When the original estimate missed damage — hidden rot, structural framing, abatement, code items — we write and support the supplement with evidence.
Mitigation and rebuild kept separate
Drying, contents and reconstruction scoped as distinct records, so nothing is billed twice and nothing falls through a gap.
Program and TPA work
We are set up for managed-repair program workflows and the documentation standards that come with them.
One point of contact
You are not relaying messages between a mitigation company, a rebuild contractor and an adjuster. One company holds the file.
From first call to closed file.
We inspect and document
Damage measured and photographed before anything is disturbed. That record is what everything downstream is built on.
We write the scope
Line-item estimate with quantities from the field and notes explaining why each item belongs in it.
We work it with your carrier
Estimate submitted, reviewer comments answered, and supplements written where new damage is uncovered once demolition opens things up.
We do the work and close it out
Repairs completed to the approved scope with completion documentation for your file and your records.
Documented from day one
The same photos, readings and scope we send to the carrier.

Lexington water loss — photographed and measured on arrival, dried to a documented standard, then rebuilt on an approved scope.

Have an estimate you do not understand?
Send it over. We will read it against what is actually damaged and tell you plainly whether the scope matches the house.
Insurance questions we get asked most.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. Carrier and managed-repair program work is a large part of what we do every week, and we are used to the documentation those files require.
Should I file a claim before calling you?
For an emergency, call us first and file as soon as you can — stopping the damage comes first and every policy expects it. For non-emergency damage, an inspection first tells you whether there is a claim worth filing.
What is a supplement?
An addition to the approved estimate for damage that was not visible when the first estimate was written — rot behind drywall, framing, abatement, code requirements. It has to be documented, which is why we photograph as we open things up.
Can you tell me if my settlement is fair?
We can tell you whether the scope matches the damage in your house, item by item, and where it does not. We are contractors, so we speak to scope and cost — not to coverage interpretation or legal questions.
Do I have to use the contractor my insurance recommends?
In South Carolina you generally choose your own contractor. Program contractors can be a fine choice — we are one on some programs — but the choice is normally yours.
What about my deductible?
Your deductible is your responsibility and it appears on your settlement. We will not pretend otherwise or build it into the price, and you should be cautious of anyone who offers to.
