The whole house, one contractor.
Multi-room and whole-house remodels across the Midlands — layout changes, kitchens and baths, flooring, wiring and finishes, run as one schedule instead of six contractors you have to referee.
Sequence is the product.
On a single-room job you can improvise. On a whole house, one trade out of order costs weeks — and nobody notices until the drywall is up.
A whole-home remodel is not six small remodels. Rough-in has to be complete before insulation, inspections have to land before cover-up, cabinet and tile lead times have to be ordered against the framing schedule, and flooring wants to go in after the dust and before the trim. Get that order wrong and you are paying someone to undo finished work.
That is why we hold the whole schedule instead of coordinating between separately hired trades. One scope, one sequence, one person you call when something changes — and changes get written down before they get built.
Because we also do restoration, we open older Midlands houses every week. We expect to find knob-and-tube, undersized panels, failed cast iron, rot at the band board and asbestos flooring — and we price the possibility honestly rather than pretending your house is the exception.
What a whole-home remodel covers.
Layout and wall changes
Removing walls, relocating openings, opening up kitchens and living space — with load-bearing work engineered and permitted.
Kitchen and baths
Usually the anchor of the project and the longest lead times, so they get ordered first and drive the rest of the schedule.
Learn moreSystems and code
Panel capacity, wiring, plumbing supply and drain, HVAC and ventilation brought up to what the finished house actually needs.
Flooring throughout
Continuous flooring across the whole floor plan, with subfloor leveling and transitions handled instead of hidden under a strip.
Learn moreFinishes and millwork
Trim, doors, paint, tile, lighting and hardware chosen once so the house reads as one project rather than four phases.
Exterior work
Siding, windows, decks and porches folded into the same schedule when they are part of the plan.

Walk it and set priorities
Every room, what you want, what it is worth to you. We tell you what is structural, what is cosmetic and where the money goes furthest.
Design, selections and price
Layout resolved, selections made against real allowances, and a line-by-line price by room before demolition begins.
Permits, demolition, rough-in
The unglamorous half. Structure, mechanical rough-in and inspections in order, so nothing has to be reopened.
Finishes and punch
Finishes in sequence, a real punch list walked with you, and one company answering the phone afterward.
Whole houses we took on
Interior and exterior in one project, on one schedule.

Whole-home renovation in Prosperity — new siding and windows, a rebuilt deck and entry, and a new kitchen inside.

Ready to rethink the whole floor plan?
We will walk it with you, tell you which walls can actually go, and price it room by room so you can decide where the money lands.
Whole-home questions we get asked most.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Sometimes, in phases, with a working bathroom and kitchen protected. It is slower and dustier than moving out, and we will tell you honestly which parts of your plan are livable and which are not.
How long does a whole-house remodel take?
Typically several months on site, driven by permitting, structural work and cabinet, tile and window lead times more than by labor. You get a schedule and updates, not one guess at the start.
How do you handle surprises inside the walls?
We expect them in houses this age and say so up front. When we find one, you get photos, the options and a written change order before anyone builds it.
Can we phase it over a couple of years?
Yes, and sometimes that is the smart move. We plan the phase breaks so that the rough-in for later phases is done while the walls are already open.
Do you handle the design, or do I need a designer?
For most projects we handle layout and selections with you. For heavily architectural work we will bring in a designer or architect, and we work comfortably from someone else's plans.
