Restoration & insurance work

Something broke. We take it from there.

Water, fire and storm work across the Midlands — emergency response, the drying and documentation your carrier will ask for, and the rebuild afterward. One company, one point of contact, start to finish.

Where most homeowners get stuck

The mitigation company leaves, and then nothing happens.

It is the most common story we hear. One crew dries the house out and hands you a folder. Months later the drywall is still open, because the rebuild was somebody else’s job and nobody owned the claim.

We are set up to avoid that. The same company that pulls the wet flooring out is the company that installs the new flooring — and the estimate that goes to your carrier is written by people who will have to build from it. That is the whole point of doing restoration and remodeling under one roof.

If we write it into the scope, we are the ones who have to build it. That keeps the scope honest.

How an emergency actually runs

From your phone call to a finished house.

We get there and stop the damage

Water extracted, power and safety checked, the source shut off, temporary protection up. In an emergency this is same-day.

We document everything before we touch it

Photos, moisture readings, affected materials and room measurements. This is the evidence your claim gets paid from, and it cannot be recreated later.

We dry it and prove it is dry

Equipment placed to a plan and readings logged daily until the structure hits target. We do not pull equipment because the calendar says so.

We rebuild it

Same company, same file, same phone number. Drywall, paint, trim, flooring, cabinets — back to how it was, or better if you decide to upgrade while it is open.

Standing water and smoke damage get worse by the hour. A phone call gets a faster answer than anything typed into a form.

Common questions

Restoration questions we get asked most.

Do you work directly with insurance companies?

Yes. We write the estimate, document the loss and communicate with the adjuster on your behalf. You remain the decision maker on your own claim and you approve the scope before anything is submitted.

How fast can you get here?

We answer emergency calls 24/7 a day and aim to be on site same-day for active water and fire losses in the Midlands. Call rather than fill in a form if water is still moving.

Do I have to use the company my insurer suggests?

No. In South Carolina you choose who repairs your property. A carrier may recommend a contractor from its program, but the decision is yours.

Will you also do the rebuild, or just the drying?

Both, and that is the main reason to call us. We are a full restoration and remodeling contractor, so the drying, the demolition and the finished rebuild all sit with one company.

What if you find something unexpected behind a wall?

You hear about it from us with a price attached before we go further, and if it belongs on the claim we document it and submit it as a supplement.
