Why homeowners come to us

We do this on insurance jobs every week. The standard carries over.

Most of our year is spent rebuilding houses to an insurance-grade scope — every line documented, every quantity measured, nothing hand-waved. When you hire us for a kitchen, you get the same discipline pointed at something you actually chose.

You get a scope, not a number on a napkin

Line by line, so you can see exactly what is and is not included — and compare us honestly against anyone else.

One contact, start to finish

Not a salesperson who disappears after the deposit. The same company runs demolition, rough-in, finishes and the punch list.

Surprises come with a price attached

Old houses hide things. When we find one, you hear the cost before we proceed — never as a line on the final invoice.

How a remodel runs

Four steps, no mystery.

We come and look

A scheduled visit where we measure, photograph and talk through what you actually want — including the parts you are not sure about yet.

You get a real scope and price

Written line by line. If there are choices that change the number, we show you both so you can decide rather than guess.

We build it

Sequenced so you know what is happening each week, with one point of contact for questions and a clean site at the end of the day.

We finish, and we come back

Final walkthrough with a punch list. If something is not right after we leave, the same company answers the phone.

No-pressure estimate

Bring us the room you have been putting off.

We will measure it, price it properly and tell you straight what it will take. No obligation, and no pressure to decide on the spot.

Common questions

Remodeling questions we get asked most.

How much does a remodel cost?

It depends entirely on size, layout changes and the finishes you pick, so any number quoted before we have seen the room is a guess. We measure, then give you a written line-by-line price you can hold us to.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Where your city or county requires a permit for structural, electrical or plumbing work, we pull it and schedule the inspections.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Usually yes for a single room, and we contain dust and protect the routes we walk. Whole-home and down-to-studs projects are the exception, and we will tell you honestly which one yours is.

Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?

Both, depending on the trade. Either way the work is supervised by us and warrantied by us — you never have to chase a trade yourself.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom take?

A straightforward bathroom is usually a few weeks and a kitchen longer, but cabinet and tile lead times drive the schedule more than the labor does. We give you a real calendar with the estimate.
