Roofing is a specialty with its own crews, certifications and warranties. Rather than treat it as a side line, it lives in its own company — while the structure, interior and everything else stays here.
Practically, this matters most on storm claims. A tree through the roof is a roofing job, a framing job, a drying job and an interior rebuild. When those are four separate contractors, the seams between them become your problem. Here they are two companies under the same ownership, working from the same shop, on one schedule.
Anthony John Construction has been doing roofing work since 2011. Beaver Roofing & Gutters carries the roofing side today, including Owens Corning Platinum Preferred certification and the warranty coverage that comes with it.
